A short Introduction

Hi everyone

Today I would like to introduce myself and talk about the services that I'll be offering at my home Skin Care Clinic.

In this first post I would like to take the opportunity to provide information about my services.

Mechanical and Chemical Peels

Exfoliation is the process of removing excess accumulation of dead cells from the top layer of the skin. This process can be done mechanically with a microdermabrasion machine, manually with scrubs, or chemically by using mild acids such as Glycolic or Lactic acids. These methods are considered light and are not aggressive or invasive.

By far the combination of microdermabrasion and chemical peels is the most beneficial to the skin. Overtime, this combo treatment will reduce what most people call "age spots" (which in reality are caused by sun damage not age), improve skin texture and help reduce fine lines.

According to Paula Begoun in The Original Beauty Bible, "Chemical peels, microdermabrasion and extractions (removing stubborn blackheads and blemishes) are the procedures that offer the most long-term benefit" (Begoun Paula, The Original Beauty Bible, p. 275), and according to cosmetic chemist PERRY ROMANOWSKI of the Beauty Brains, "Benefits of exfoliation include facial rejuvenation, acne control or prevention of precancerous growths" (The Beauty Brains, Real Scientists Answer your Beauty Questions.
